Shipping Policy

At Choco Centre, we ensure that your chocolate and cake-making essentials reach you in the best condition and within the committed timeframe. Please go through our shipping policy carefully:

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 48 working hours (2 business days) after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time Estimates
Region    Estimated Delivery Time
Delhi/NCR    3–5 working days
North India    3–7 working days
South India    5–8 working days
East India    5–10 working days

In extreme cases (such as remote areas, courier delays, or disruptions), delivery may take up to 15 working days.

 

Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on the actual weight or volumetric weight (whichever is higher).

Bulk Orders Benefit:

For shipments over 20 kg, you may receive a better shipping rate. Contact us for bulk shipping quotes.

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within India.

All orders are shipped via reliable courier or cargo services.

​

Shipping Restrictions
Liquid products like essence, crushes, etc. cannot be shipped via air due to courier regulations.

If your location requires air shipping, we will notify you and suggest alternate options.

 

Own Courier Option
If you wish to book your parcel via your own courier service, it is possible.

In such cases, do not pay courier charges on the website.

We will charge packing charges separately.

Please contact us directly to make arrangements for self-shipping.

Refund & Exchange Policy

At Choco Centre, we strive to provide the best quality products and service. However, due to the nature of our items and industry standards, please carefully read our refund and exchange policy before placing an order.

 

No Refund / No Return / No Exchange

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products once sold.

  • We also do not offer replacements or exchanges under any circumstances.

 

Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • A 360-degree parcel opening video is compulsory for any claims regarding missing items.

  • The video must be clear, continuous (no cuts), and start from the sealed package.

Without this video, no complaint will be entertained.

 

Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

We are not responsible for parcels returned due to:

  • Incomplete or wrong address

  • Incorrect or unreachable phone number

  • Recipient not available at the time of delivery

In such cases, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

 

Product Damage in Transit

  • We use bubble wrap, thermocol, and secure packaging for all delicate items.

  • Despite best efforts, damage during shipping can sometimes occur due to courier mishandling.

Unfortunately, we do not take responsibility for such damages once the parcel has left our facility.
