  • All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed through our official website or authorized channels only.

  • Full payment must be made at the time of ordering.

  • We accept secure online payments via UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Wallets.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We courier across all over India.

  • Dispatch usually occurs within 1–3 working days after order confirmation.

  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier service.

  • Choco Centre is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of food and perishable items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • Refunds will only be processed for wrong, damaged, or defective items reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with photo/video proof.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website (logos, text, images, design, etc.) is the property of Choco Centre and is protected by copyright laws.

  • Unauthorized use or duplication of any content is strictly prohibited.
